I'm participating in the ALS San Diego Walk to support my brother Joey and raise critical funds for individuals and families in our community affected by ALS.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, is a progressive and fatal neuromuscular disorder that gradually takes away the ability to walk, speak, eat, and eventually breathe. The average life expectancy after diagnosis is just 2 to 5 years. ALS can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or background, and right now, there is no known cause or cure.

This walk is more than just a fundraiser, it's a way to unite, show support, and bring hope to those battling ALS, like my brother Joey. Every dollar raised goes directly toward providing vital resources and services to the local ALS community, supporting research for new treatments, and bringing us closer to a cure.
