Welcome to My Personal Page!
Welcome all. I recently found out that a dear friend of mine is living with ALS. He is an amazing guy, with a heart of gold and smile to match. Join me in support of the Jones Family by donating to the cause. If you are selective like me with who and when you donate, I encourage you to make this the one for the year.
I'm participating in ALS San Diego's ALS Walk to raise funds that will support San Diego individuals and families affected by ALS. Come walk with us and make this a year to remember!!

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease, is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow, and breathe. The life expectancy of a person with ALS averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis. ALS can strike anyone regardless of age, gender, nationality, or ethnicity, although it is primarily an adult-onset disease. Currently there is no known cause or cure.
